Data we may process

• Account, organization, workspace, and authentication identifiers.
• Brand content, connected marketing data, uploaded documents, and generated output.
• Usage, billing, support, security, and diagnostic records.
• Integration credentials and connection metadata supplied by authorized users.

Purposes and legal bases

The proposed purposes are providing the service, securing accounts, operating requested integrations, processing payments, supporting users, meeting legal duties, and improving reliability. The applicable legal basis must be confirmed for each purpose before approval.

Sharing and international transfers

Data may be shared with approved service providers listed on the Subprocessors page and with authorities when legally required. Transfer locations and safeguards remain subject to legal review.

Retention and deletion

Proposed account retention: 90 days after account closure. Proposed customer-content retention: 90 days after account closure. Proposed backup retention: 30 days. See the Retention page for the draft schedule.

Your rights

Depending on location, people may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or export personal data and to complain to a regulator. Requests should be sent to privacy@aivedix.com.

Effective date and changes

Proposed effective date: 2026-09-23. Material changes should be communicated before they take effect.
