Contracting party
The proposed contracting party is AIVEDIX PRIVATE LIMITED, registered at C/o Tarlok Chand, S/o Amar Nath, Abrol Nagar, Pathankot, Punjab 145001, India, registration U62090PB2025PTC066401, VAT 03ABECA2577Q1ZB. These terms are not effective until formally approved.
Accounts and authority
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and have authority to act for the organization whose workspace and data they manage.
Service and pre-launch access
Free or pre-launch access may be changed, limited, or withdrawn while the service is being evaluated. Paid self-service checkout remains disabled until the commercial and legal launch review is complete.
Customer data and generated output
Customers remain responsible for the data they submit, their rights to use it, reviewing generated output, and confirming that final content is accurate, lawful, and suitable before publication.
Fees, cancellation, and refunds
Approved paid plans would be billed through the displayed checkout. The draft refund window is 14 days. Additional details appear in the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use and suspension
Use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Access may be suspended to protect the service, other customers, or legal compliance.
Disclaimers and liability
Warranty exclusions, liability caps, indemnities, and mandatory consumer protections require jurisdiction-specific legal drafting before these terms may be approved.
