Refund and Cancellation Policy
Draft commercial terms for future paid subscriptions.
Document status: approved. Proposed approval date: 2026-09-23.
Pre-launch status
Self-service paid checkout is disabled until the legal and commercial configuration is complete and an approval date is recorded. Free-plan access does not require a payment method.
Cancellation
The proposed policy is to allow cancellation through the billing portal, with access continuing through the paid period unless law or an approved order form requires otherwise.
Refunds
Proposed refund window: 14 days. Eligibility, exclusions, taxes, currency conversion, promotional credits, and mandatory consumer rights require legal approval.
